We used Kim's services a decade ago and she did a great job getting our townhouse sold in only 6 days. She was consistent and very well organized. She had great interpersonal skills and we remained in contact with her over the last decade, so when we decided to sell our home she was our first choice. She mapped out all of the steps we needed to know about as we prepared our home for posting on MLS. As we had already vacated the property, she had her photographers take pictures of our empty rooms and then she had the photos virtually staged.
